was founded by Hlengiwe Zulu in June 2021 after she had recognized that the socio-economic challenges further emphasised by COVID-19, called for even more strategic and effective social investment initiatives. The social investment industry had become increasingly more turbulent, and after a long season of crisis management, social implementors and investors alike were needing specialized skillsets to assist them to relalign their efforts and beef up on their impact management and reporting. It is for this reason that after having led on the conceptualization and finalisation of Impact Management and Reporting (IMR) Guideline and IMR Masterclasses, she saw it fit to play a more hands-on role in the sector, using her strong facilitation, product development, and analytical skillsets to aid the sector to professionalise further.
